بررسی اثربخشی کیفیت زندگی درمانی بر بهبود روابط با همکاران و کاهش تعارضات کار- خانواده در بین کارکنان مرکز آموزشی درمانی الزهرای (س) شهر اصفهان

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی کیفیت زندگی درمانی بر بهبود روابط با همکاران و کاهش تعارضات کار- خانواده کارکنان مرکز آموزشی- درمانی الزهرای (س) شهر اصفهان بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه به روش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری و همراه با گروه شاهد انجام شد. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان مرکز آموزشی- درمانی الزهرای (س) شهر اصفهان تشکیل داد. نمونه‌ها شامل 30 نفر از کارکنان مرکز آموزشی- درمانی الزهرا (س) بود که به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و شاهد (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش طی 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای، آموزش کیفیت زندگی درمانی را دریافت کردند؛ در حالی که گروه شاهد در لیست انتظار قرار داشت. داده‌ها با کمک پرسش‌نامه‌های روابط با همکاران و تعارض کار- خانواده جمع‌آوری گردید و سپس با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (آزمون Repeated measures ANCOVA) در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: آموزش کیفیت زندگی درمانی در بهبود نمرات روابط همکاران (198/33 = F، 001/0 > P) و تعارضات کار- خانواده (480/10 = F و 001/0 > P) گروه آزمایش در مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری نسبت به گروه شاهد در طول زمان مؤثر بود.نتیجه‌گیری: کیفیت زندگی درمانی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر بهبود روابط با همکاران و کاهش تعارضات کار- خانواده کارکنان دارد. بدین ترتیب می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که کیفیت زندگی درمانی جهت بهبود روابط با همکاران و کاهش تعارضات کار- خانواده مؤثر است.

چکیده [English]

Background: The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of quality of life therapy on improving relationships with coworkers, and reducing work-family conflicts among the personnel in Alzahra Medical Education Center, Isfahan Iran.Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest, and follow-up method and control group. The statistical population of this research included all employees of Alzahra in Isfahan. The sample consisted of 30 employees who were selected non-randomly, and randomly assigned to two equal groups of experimental and control. The experimental group received 9 treatment sessions of one and a half hours, under the training of quality of life therapy, while the control group did not receive any treatment. In the pretest, posttest, and follow-up period, both groups completed the relationships with coworkers scale, and the 18-item questionnaire on work-family conflict. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive (means and standard deviations) and inferential statistics (repeated measures analysis of variance).Findings: The quality of life therapy significantly improved the relationships with coworkers (F = 33.198; P < 0.001), as well as the work-family conflict (F = 10.480; P < 0.001) in experimental group, compared to control group.Conclusion: The results showed that quality of life therapy has an effect on improving relationships with coworkers, and reducing work-family conflicts.
