بررسی و مقایسه‌ی فراوانی عوامل خطر بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی دانشجویان پسر سال اول و آخر رشته‌ی پزشکی و دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1395

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی و مقایسه‌ی فراوانی عوامل خطر بیماری‌های قلبی- عروقی در دانشجویان پسر سال اول و آخر رشته‌ی پزشکی و دندان‌پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1395 بود.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، تعداد 200 دانشجوی پسر سال اول و آخر پزشکی (160 نفر) و دندان‌پزشکی (40 نفر) با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج مطالعه، وارد تحقیق شدند. سپس، دانشجویان بر اساس سال آخر یا اول به دو گروه تقسیم شدند و داده‌ها توسط چک لیست جمع‌آوری اطلاعات دموگرافیک، آنتروپومتری و پرسش‌نامه‌هایی نظیر Food frequency questionnaire (FFQ)، International physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ) و Perceived stress scale جمع‌آوری گردید.یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ی استرس در دانشجویان سال آخر (54/7 ± 62/38) به صورت معنی‌داری بیشتر از سال اول (18/5 ± 06/30) بود (001/0 > P) و بین دو گروه اختلاف معنی‌داری بر اساس وضعیت تغذیه و فعالیت فیزیکی وجود نداشت (050/0 < P).نتیجه‌گیری: میزان استرس در دانشجویان سال آخر رشته‌های پزشکی و دندان‌پزشکی بیشتر بود. میزان فعالیت فیزیکی و وضعیت تغذیه در سال‌های مختلف تحصیلی متفاوت نبود.

Background: This study aimed to evaluate and compare the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases among boy students in first and last years of education in medicine and dentistry in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran, in year 2016.Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, boy students in first and last years of education in medicine (160) and dentistry (40) were enrolled. Then, students were divided into two groups based on being on the last or the first year of their school, and completed the prepared checklist. The checklist included demographic information, anthropometrics, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), and Perceived Stress Scale.Findings: The main score of stress was significantly higher in last year students (38.62 ± 7.54) compared to the first year students (30.06 ± 5.18) (P < 0.001). There were no significant difference between the two groups based on nutritional status and physical activity (P > 0.050 for both).Conclusion: The level of stress was high in last year students of medicine and dentistry. Physical activity and nutritional status did not show any significant changes in different study years.
