بررسی ارتباط بین حس انسجام و کیفیت زندگی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه پس از شیمی‌درمانی

چکیده
مقدمه: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط و همبستگی بین حس انسجام و کیفیت زندگی در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان پس از شیمی‌درمانی به انجام رسید.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، کیفیت زندگی و حس انسجام و ارتباط بین این دو در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان که تحت شیمی‌درمانی قرار گرفته بودند، بررسی گردید. کیفیت زندگی با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی Quality of life questionnaire-breast cancer 23 (QLQ-BR23) و حس انسجام با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی Sense of coherence 13 (SOC13) سنجیده شد. همبستگی بین کیفیت زندگی و حس انسجام با استفاده از آزمون Linear regression و همبستگی Pearson مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: 3/11 درصد شرکت کنندگان دارای کیفیت زندگی پایین، 8/73 درصد دارای کیفیت زندگی متوسط و 0/15 درصد دارای کیفیت زندگی بالا بودند. 2/41 درصد شرکت کنندگان دارای حس انسجام متوسط و 8/58 درصد دارای حس انسجام بالا بودند. بین حس انسجام و کیفیت زندگی همبستگی مستقیم و معنی‌داری به میزان 7/0 وجود داشت (001/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: بین کیفیت زندگی و حس انسجام در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان، همبستگی مستقیم و معنی‌داری وجود دارد و به نظر می‌رسد درمان‌های حمایتی و روان‌شناختی، می‌تواند در بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به سرطان سینه مؤثر باشد.

Background: The aim of this study was to determine the correlation between the sense of coherence and quality of life in women with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods: In a cross-sectional study, 80 women with breast cancer who underwent chemotherapy were selected. The quality of life and sense of coherence were measures using the Quality of Life Questionnaire-Breast Cancer 23 (BR23) and the Sense of Coherence 13 (SOC13) questionnaires standardized, respectively. The correlation between them was measured using linear regression and Pearson correlation tests.Findings: 11.3% of the participants had low, 73.8% had moderate, and 15% had high quality of life. 41.2% of participants had moderate coherence and 58.8% had a high degree of coherence. There was a direct and significant correlation between the sense of coherence and quality of life (0.7) (P < 0.001).Conclusion: There is a direct and significant correlation between quality of life and sense of coherence in women with breast cancer; and it seems that supportive and psychological treatments can be effective in improving the quality of life of women with breast cancer.
