مقایسه‌ی پاسخ‌ حاد برخی شاخص‌های التهابی در وضعیت ناشتایی به تمرین مقاومتی دایره‌ای در صبح و عصر در مردان چاق

چکیده

مقدمه: مطالعات نشان داده‌اند که زمان اجرای فعالیت ورزشی در طول روز، می‌تواند تأثیرات متفاوتی بر متغیرهای التهابی داشته باشد. هدف از انجام مطالعه‌ی حاضر، مقایسه‌ی پاسخ‌های حاد برخی شاخص‌های التهابی (C-reactive protein یا CRP، Tumor necrosis factor-α یا TNF-α و Interleukin 6 یا IL-6) به یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی دایره‌ای در زمان‌های مختلف روز (صبح در مقابل عصر) در مردان چاق بود.روش‌ها: در پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی حاضر، 15 مرد چاق سالم (با میانگین سنی 64/1 ± 83/23 سال و میانگین شاخص توده‌ی بدنی 20/0 ± 31/31 کیلوگرم/مترمربع) ابتدا یک جلسه‌ی فعالیت مقاومتی دایره‌ای را در نوبت صبح (ساعت 8 صبح) و بعد از دو هفته همان جلسه‌ی تمرین مقاومتی دایره‌ای را در نوبت عصر (ساعت 17) اجرا کردند. نمونه‌های خون جهت اندازه‌گیری غلظت‌های CRP، TNF-α و IL-6 قبل، بلافاصله و دو ساعت بعد از فعالیت از آزمودنی‌ها گرفته شد. از آزمون Repeated measures ANOVA جهت تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: در هر دو نوبت صبح و عصر، غلظت‌های CRP، TNF-α و IL-6 بلافاصله پس از تمرین به طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت (010/0 > P). غلظت‌های CRP و TNF-α بلافاصله و 2 ساعت پس از فعالیت مقاومتی در صبح به طور معنی‌داری نسبت به عصر بالاتر بود (050/0 > P). تفاوت معنی‌داری در غلظت‌های IL-6 بین دو نوبت تمرین صبح و عصر مشاهده نشد.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان داد که یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی در صبح، در مقایسه با عصر، منجر به افزایش معنی‌دار شاخص‌های CRP و TNF-α پس از فعالیت می‌گردد، اما در پاسخ IL-6 به فعالیت بین دو وضعیت تفاوتی وجود ندارد.

Comparison of the Acute Response of Some Inflammatory Markers to Circular Resistance Training in Fasting in the Morning and Evening in Obese Men

Background: Studies has shown that the time-of-day of exercise can have different effects on inflammatory parameters. The aim of the present study was to compare the acute responses of some of inflammatory indicators [C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin 6 (IL-6)] to acute bouts of circle resistance exercise at different times of the day (morning vs. evening) in obese men.Methods: In the quasi-experimental study, 15 healthy obese men with mean age of 23.84 ± 1.64 years and mean body mass index (BMI) of 31.31 ± 0.20 kg/m2 performed circle resistance exercise in the morning (8 am) on one day; after two weeks, they performed the same circle resistance training session at evening (5 pm). Blood samples were collected to determine CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 at pre-exercise, immediately post exercise, and 2 hours post exercise. Repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to analyze the data.Findings: In both morning and evening, the concentrations of CRP, TNF-α, and IL-6 were significantly increased immediately after exercise (P < 0.010). Concentrations of CRP, TNF-α immediately and 2 hours after resistance exercise were significantly higher in the morning than the evening (P < 0.050). There was no significant difference in IL-6 concentrations responses between morning and evening exercise.Conclusion: The findings of the present study showed that a bout of circle resistance exercise in the morning compared to evening time significantly increased post-exercise CRP and TNF-α parameters, but there was no difference in IL-6 response to exercise between the two conditions.
