مرور همه‌گیرشناختی پاندمی کرونا ویروس جدید تا 25 اسفند 1398

چکیده

مقدمه: در اوایل دی ماه سال 1398، نوع جدیدی از پنومونی ناشی از کرونا ویروس از شهر ووهان چین گزارش گردید. وزارت بهداشت چین این بیماری را جزء بیماری‌های واجد قرنطینه قرار داد و اقدامات پیش‌گیرانه و کنترلی سخت‌گیرانه را برای این بیماری عفونی اتخاذ نمود. در ایران، اولین موارد ابتلا به بیماری Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) از شهر قم گزارش گردید و 15 روز پس از آن، موارد ابتلا از 31 استان کشور گزارش شد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی روند همه‌گیری‌شناسی طغیان بیماری ناشی از کرونا ویروس جدید بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه، به صورت مروری نقلی در اسفند ماه 1398 انجام شد. بر اساس آخرین مستندات منتشر شده از طریق منابع علمی، جنبه‌های مختلف طغیان بیماری ناشی از ابتلا به کرونا ویروس در کشور چین بررسی شد و با ارزیابی آخرین گزارش‌های ابتلا و مرگ ناشی از کرونا ویروس جدید، روند ابتلا به این بیماری در کشور ارایه گردید.یافته‌ها: اپیدمی کرونا ویروس جدید در ایران، در 30 بهمن 1398 به طور رسمی با گزارش دو مورد مرگ در شهر قم به تأیید قطعی رسید و به سرعت رو به گسترش نهاد و تا روز یکشنبه 25 اسفند 1398، آمار مبتلایان به این بیماری 13938 نفر و موارد مرگ ناشی از آن 724 مورد توسط وزارت بهداشت گزارش شد.نتیجه‌گیری: شواهد موجود حاکی از آن است که اقدامات اولیه‌ی مقابله با بیماری نوپدید کرونا در کشور ما در راستای کاهش خطر انتقال بیماری به خصوص از طریق شناسایی زودهنگام، جداسازی ناقلین سالم و کاهش جابه‌جایی جمعیت، سازگار نبوده است.

Background: Pneumonia of unknown cause detected in Wuhan, China, was the first report on 31 December 2019. The World Health Organization (WHO) officially named it New Coronavirus Disease or COVID-19: "COVI" comes from coronavirus. The "D" stands for the disease. Chinese ministry of Health categorized it as a quarantined disease, and took strict preventive and control measures for this infectious disease. In Iran, the first cases of COVID-19 were reported from Qom on February 19, 2020, and spread to the other 31 provinces in 15 days. This study conducted to investigate some epidemiological features of the COVID-19 epidemic in Iran.Methods: This study was conducted as a narrative review from February 19 to March 15, 2020. In this study, the most recent documentation published in pieces of literature, especially in China, has been reviewed. Moreover, mortality and morbidity of definite cases in Iran were summarized and reported.Findings: The COVID-19 epidemic officially confirmed with two deaths in the city of Qom, Iran, on February 30, 2020, and spread rapidly throughout the 31 provinces in the country. During this period, 13938 cases and 724 deaths due to COVID-19 were reported by the Ministry of Health in Iran.Conclusion: Shreds of evidence suggests that early measures for timely action and early detection of COVID-19 were slightly delayed.
