مقدمه: دانشجویان مقطع تحصیلات تکمیلی، برای تکمیل تحصیل خود در چارچوب‌های زمانی تعیین شده، تحت فشار فزاینده‌ای قرار دارند. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با تکمیل به ‌موقع دوره‌ی تحصیلات تکمیلی در دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده‌ی مدیریت و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان از دیدگاه دانشجویان بود.
روش‌ها: مطالعه‌ی حاضر به صورت کیفی در نیمه‌ی اول سال 1402 انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان را آن دسته از دانشجویان دوره‌ی کارشناسی ارشد ورودی سال 1392 به بعد و همچنین دانشجویان دوره‌ی دکترای ورودی سال 1393 به بعد دانشکده‌ی مدیریت و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان تشکیل دادند که در بازه‌ی زمانی مصوب موفق به دفاع از پایان‌نامه و تکمیل تحصیلات خود شده بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری، در دسترس و شامل 5 نفر از دانشجویان بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش، از مصاحبه‌ی نیمه ساختاریافته به صورت حضوری و یا تلفنی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: حاصل پژوهش، 12 کد، 7 تم فرعی و 3 تم اصلی بود. مفاهیم شناسایی شده در قالب 3 تم اصلی «عوامل از پیش موجود»، «حیطه آموزشی» و «ویژگی‌های فردی» طبقه‌بندی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: تکمیل به موقع تحصیلات در دوره‌ی تحصیلات تکمیلی، به عوامل مختلفی در سطح فرد و دانشگاه بستگی دارد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش می‌تواند درک و شناخت بیشتری از عوامل مذکور فراهم آورده و به برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی برای برنامه‌ریزی مؤثرتر، با توجه به شرایط متفاوت دانشجویان و ناهمگونی رشته‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی کمک کند.

چکیده [English]

Background: Postgraduate students are under increasing pressure to complete their studies within set time frames. This research aims to identify the components related to graduating in-time in the postgraduate courses of the School of Management and Medical Information Sciences of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences from the student's point of view.
Methods: This qualitative study was conducted in the first half of 2023. Participants were master's degree students entering the year 2013 and later, as well as doctoral students entering the year 2014 and later of the School of Management and Medical Information Sciences of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, who in the approved period had successfully completed their courses. The sampling method was convenient and included five students. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect research data, either face-to-face or by phone.
Findings: The result of the research was 12 issues or subthemes, seven themes, and three main themes. Identified concepts were classified into the following three main themes: "pre-existing factors," "educational domain," and "personal characteristics."
Conclusion: Graduating in-time postgraduate levels depends on various factors at the individual and university level. The research results can provide more understanding and knowledge of the mentioned factors and help educational planners plan more effectively, considering the different conditions of students and the heterogeneity of postgraduate courses.
