مقدمه: افزایش جمعیت سالمندان، می‌تواند هزینه‌های قابل توجهی برنظام سلامت به همراه داشته باشد. در این میان، مراجعه‌ی منظم سالمندان به مراکز درمانی و بهره‌مندی از خدمات پیشگیرانه و مراقبتی، نقش مهمی در کاهش هزینه‌های درمانی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها دارد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده در مراجعه‌ی سالمندان به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت در شهر اصفهان انجام شده است.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، بر روی سالمندانی انجام شد که در بهمن و اسفندماه سال ۱۳۹۹ یک‌بار به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت مراجعه کرده بودند و در طول یک سال تا زمان انجام مطالعه در بهمن و اسفندماه 1400 خدماتی دریافت نکرده بودند. پس از شناسایی، از طریق تماس تلفنی با این افراد، زمان مراجعه‌ی حضوری به مرکز هماهنگ شد. سپس اطلاعات مربوط به دلایل عدم مراجعه آن‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌ی حضوری و چک‌لیست‌های استاندارد جمع‌آوری گردید.
یافته‌ها: 220 نفر در این مطالعه وارد شدند. میانگین سنی افراد برابر با (67/33 ± 6/2) سال بود. شایع‌ترین دلایل عدم مراجعه، عدم فراخوان افراد به مراکز (65/5 درصد)، عدم اطلاع از خدمات قابل ارائه (56/4 درصد) و عدم اطلاع از محل مرکز (31/4 درصد) بود. مردان بیشتر بدون علت مراجعه نمی‌کردند (33/6 درصد مردان و زنان 16/8 درصد) و در افراد شاغل نیز این علت بیشتر ذکر شد (70 درصد از شاغلین).
نتیجه‌گیری: عدم اطلاع‌رسانی کافی و نبود فراخوان مؤثر، از مهم‌ترین دلایل عدم مراجعه سالمندان بود که با بهبود سازوکارهای فراخوان و ارتقای کیفیت اطلاع‌رسانی قابل برطرف شدن می‌باشد.

Reasons for Elderly Non-Attendance at Comprehensive Health Care Centers in Isfahan, Iran

Background: The growing elderly population places financial strain on healthcare systems. Regular use of preventive and care services by older adults helps reduce costs and improve their quality of life. This study aims to identify barriers to elderly visits at comprehensive health care centers in Isfahan, Iran.
Methods: This cross-sectional study identified elderly individuals who visited health centers only once between February and March 2021 and did not receive services until February–March 2022. After contacting them by phone, in-person interviews were conducted to gather reasons for their lack of visit.
Findings: A total of 220 people participated in this study. The average age was 67.33 (±6.2) years. The most common reasons for not visiting were lack of invitations to the centers (65.5%), unawareness of available services (56.4%), and not knowing the location of the center (31.4%). Men more often did not visit without a specific reason (33.6% of men vs. 16.8% of women), and this reason was also more frequently reported among employed individuals (70% of the employed).
Conclusion: Insufficient information dissemination and lack of effective invitations were key reasons for elderly non-attendance at comprehensive health care centers, which can be addressed by improving invitation systems and enhancing the quality of information provided.
