Abstract
Background: Evaluation and improvement of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) surgical techniques are of great importance. Considering the high prevalence of ACL injuries and rapid advancements in orthopedic surgery, scientists are introducing new technologies and tools to enhance surgical accuracy and reduce patient recovery time.
Methods: This article reviews the latest technological advancements in ACL surgery, including robotic systems, minimally invasive tools, novel graft materials, and performance assessment systems.
Findings: Studies indicate that these technologies have significantly improved clinical outcomes by enhancing surgical precision, markedly reducing perioperative complications, and shortening the recovery period.
Discussion: The integration of novel technologies such as computer-assisted navigation, advanced biological grafts, and minimally invasive techniques has not only revolutionized the precision of ACL surgery but, by accelerating recovery and enabling patients to return to optimal function more rapidly, is also defining new standards in clinical outcomes.
