چکیده
مقدمه و هدف :سکته مغزی یکی از علل اصلی مرگومیر و ناتوانی در جهان است و کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری نقش اساسی در پیامدهای درمانی این بیماران دارد. با توجه به فقدان اطلاعات کافی در مورد کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در بیماران سکته مغزی در ایران، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بیماران سکته مغزی بستری در بیمارستانهای آموزشی خرمآباد انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه مقطعی-توصیفی بر روی ۲۰۵ پرستار شاغل در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه و نورولوژی بیمارستانهای آموزشی خرمآباد در سال ۱۴۰۳ انجام شد. نمونهگیری به روش تمامشماری انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، مقیاس ارزیابی کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری جییاد بود که ویژگیهای روانسنجی آن شامل روایی صوری، محتوا و سازه و پایایی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) در نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ تحلیل شدند.

چکیده English
Introduction and Objective: Stroke is a leading cause of mortality and disability worldwide, and the quality of nursing care plays a pivotal role in the therapeutic outcomes of these patients. Given the lack of sufficient data regarding the quality of nursing care for stroke patients in Iran, this study was conducted to assess the quality of nursing care and its associated factors among stroke patients hospitalized in the teaching hospitals of Khorramabad. Materials and Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 2024 on 205 nurses working in the intensive care and neurology units of teaching hospitals in Khorramabad. A census sampling method was employed. The data collection tool was the Jayad Nursing Care Quality Assessment Scale, the psychometric properties of which—including face, content, and construct validity, as well as reliability—had been confirmed. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient) in SPSS software
