The mental health of faculty members, especially women, is a prerequisite for the quality of education and research in the higher health education system, given the multiplicity of professional and family roles. Given the challenges arising from the interference of professional and family roles and research findings on the importance of a sense of psychological security in this group, the need to design targeted interventions is felt. In this way, in-service training, focusing on mental health literacy and role stress management, should be implemented in parallel with the training of managers and in the form of a comprehensive support system. These programs should be implemented by reforming organizational policies and promoting environmental support, with the aim of creating psychological security and improving the quality of medical education. The realization of this program, along with understanding and improving working conditions, can lead to the promotion of individual health, psychological security, and the quality of medical education, and the necessary achievements can be created.
