بررسی کارآمدی نسبی ‌آموزش‌های خانواده و مهارت‌های زندگی بر نگهداری بیماران روانی مزمن در خانواده

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی کارآمدی نسبی‌ آموزش‌های خانواده و مهارت‌های زندگی بر نگهداری بیماران روانی مزمن در خانواده در شهر مشهد پرداخته است. روش‌ها: در این پژوهش نیمه تجربی، نمونه‌ای به حجم 300 ‌نفر به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای از بین خانواده‌های بیماران مبتلا به عوارض روانی مزمن بستری در مراکز شبانه‌روزی شهر مشهد و خانواده‌های لیست انتظار (پشت نوبت) انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و شاهد تقسیم شدند. آموزش‌های خانواده و مهارت‌های زندگی به یک گروه ارایه شد و گروه شاهد هیچ گونه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. این دو گروه، قبل از شروع آموزش‌ها و در پایان دوره‌ی آموزش به وسیله‌ی ابزارهایی مانند پرسش‌نامه‌ی نگرش به نگهداری و بیماری روانی، پرسش‌نامه‌ی نگرش به مهارت‌های زندگی، پرسش‌نامه‌ی سازگاری اجتماعی کالیفرنیا، پرسش‌نامه‌ی عزت نفس Rosenberg، پرسش‌نامه‌ی سلامت عمومی و پرسش‌نامه‌ی همه‌گیرشناسی اختلالات روانی مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: آموزش‌ها بر نگرش اعضای خانواده به نگهداری بیماران روانی در خانواده تأثیری نداشت، اما نگرش اعضای خانواده به بیماری روانی در نتیجه‌ی آموزش‌ها تغییر یافته بود. همچنین، این آموزش‌ها بر تغییر نگرش اعضای خانواده نسبت به مهارت‌های زندگی،‌ بالا رفتن سطح سازگاری اجتماعی، عزت نفس، سلامت عمومی و کاهش اختلال‌های روانی مؤثر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: دلیل کارآمدی شیوه‌های گروهی ‌آموزش‌ مهارت‌های زندگی به صورت شناختی-‌ رفتاری زیربنای آموزشی آن‌ها است؛ چرا که در این شیوه هم بر جنبه‌های شناختی و هم رفتاری تأکید می‌شود. از سوی دیگر، برای اثربخشی بیشتر آموزش‌ها به زمان بیشتری نیاز است. همچنین، کنترل عوامل اثر‌گذار می‌تواند در اثربخشی بیشتر این آموزش‌ها مؤثر باشد. کلید واژه‌ها: آموزش‌های خانواده، مهارت‌های زندگی، بیماران روانی مزمن

Introduction: This research was done to investigate the relative efficacy of family trainings and life skills to the families of patients with chronic mental disorders in Mashhad. Methods: In this semi-empirical research, a sample of 300 subjects was chosen in stratified random and systematic approach from the families of patients with chronic mental disorders admitted in round the clock centers in Mashhad and who were in waiting list; these subjects were randomly divided to two groups of experiment and control and we introduced family trainings and life skills to experiment group. There was no training to control group. These two group were tested at the beginning of trainings and post training with instruments such as taking care of and mental disorders attitude questionnaire, life skills attitude questionnaire, California social adjustment questionnaire, Rosenberg self esteem, general health questionnaire and epidemiological mental disorders questionnaire. Result: The result indicated that training had no effect on the attitude of families toward taking care of mental disorder, but family members’ attitude toward mental disorder was changed. These trainings had influence on changing family member’s attitude toward life skills, social adjustment, self esteem, mental health increase and reducing mental disorders. Conclusion: The reason for efficacy of group method of life skills training as cognitive behavior is their educational foundation, because in this method it is emphasized on both cognitive and behavioral aspects. On the other hand, more efficacy of training needed more time. Also controlling influential factors can affect in more efficacy of these trainings.
