بررسی سطح پروفایل چربی خون در مبتلایان به سکته‌ی مغزی ایسکمیک و هموراژیک

چکیده

مقدمه: سکته‌ی مغزی دومین علت مرگ در دنیا است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی سطح پروفایل چربی خون در گروهی از بیماران مبتلا به سکته‌ی مغزی ایسکمیک و هموراژیک بود.روش‌ها: این مطالعه در سال 2007 میلادی در بیمارستان الزهرا (س) اصفهان روی 251 بیمار مبتلا به سکته‌ی مغزی انجام شد. سطح سرمی تری‌گلیسرید (TG یا Trigliceride)، کلسترول تام (TC یا Total Cholesterol)، کلسترول HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) و کلسترول LDL (Low Density lipoprotein) در نمونه‌ی خون این افراد طی 24 ساعت اول بستری اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها تحت نرم‌افزار SPSS و توسط آزمون‌های Student t-test، Mann-Whitney U آنالیز شدند.یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی بیماران 63/10 ± 97/69 سال بود. 207 بیمار مبتلا به سکته‌ی ایسکمیک و 44 بیمار مبتلا به سکته‌ی هموراژیک بودند. سطح TG در مبتلایان سکته‌ی ایسکمیک از مبتلایان سکته‌ی هموراژیک به طور معنی‌داری بالاتر بود (84/67 ± 91/133 میلی‌گرم در دسی‌لیتر در مقایسه‌ی با 92/40 ± 86/112 میلی‌گرم در دسی‌لیتر). در مبتلایان سکته‌ی هموراژیک سطح HDL نسبت به مبتلایان سکته‌ی ایسکمیک بالاتر بود (76/77 ± 43/55 میلی‌گرم در دسی‌لیتر در مقایسه با 52/10 ± 78/39 میلی‌گرم در دسی‌لیتر، 01/0 > P) .سطح LDL در مبتلایان سکته‌ی هموراژیک نسبت به مبتلایان سکته‎ی ایسکمیک بالاتر بود (98/45 ± 36/131 میلی‌گرم در دسی‌لیتر در مقایسه با 02/40 ± 94/116 میلی‌گرم در دسی‌لیتر، 05/0 > P). میانگین سطح کلسترول تام دو گروه از نظر آماری اختلاف معنی‌داری نداشت.نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه، در بیماران مبتلا به سکته‌ی هموراژیک سطح HDL و LDL نسبت به بیماران مبتلا به سکته‌ی ایسکمیک بالاتر و سطح TG در بیماران مبتلا به سکته‌ی ایسکمیک نسبت به هموراژیک بالاتر بود

Background: Globally, stroke is the second leading cause of death. The aim of the present study was to determine the lipid profile in a group of Iranian patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke.Methods: This study was performed in Alzahra University Hospital (Isfahan, Iran) in 2007. We included subjects with proved ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke. Blood samples were drawn within 24 h of admission for measurement of triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol. Data were analyzed by Student t-test and Mann-Whitney U test.Finding: Two hundred and fifty one patients were included (129 Men and 122 women). Mean age was 69.97 ± 10.63 years. There were 207 patients with ischemic stroke and 44 cases of hemorrhagic stroke. TG was higher in patients with ischemic stroke than in cases with hemorrhagic stroke (133.91 ± 67.84 mg/dl vs. 112.86 ± 40.92 mg/dl, P < 0.01). Patients with hemorrhagic stroke had higher levels of HDL than ones with ischemic stroke (55.43 ± 77.76 mg/dl vs. 39.78 ± 10.52 mg/dl, P < 0.01). LDL was higher in patients with hemorrhagic stroke than in cases with ischemic stroke (131.36 ± 45.98 mg/dl vs. 116.94 ± 40.02 mg/dl, P < 0.05). Mean TC did not differ significantly in two groups of patients.Conclusion: According to the present study patients with hemorrhagic stroke have higher HDL and LDL levels than ones with ischemic stroke. In contrast, TG is found to be higher in ischemic stroke cases than patients with hemorrhagic stroke.
