چکیده
سردبیر محترم مجله‌ی دانشکده‌ی پزشکی اصفهانبا سلام و احتراممقاله‌ی چاپ‌شده در مجله‌ی علمی منسوب به جناب‌عالی (سال سی و یکم/ شماره‌ی 230/ هفته‌ی چهارم اردیبهشت ماه 1392) تحت عنوان: «جداسازی و تشخیص گونه‌های نوکاردیا از نمونه‌های خاک بر طبق مقایسه‌ی سه روش جداسازی»، به نظر می‌رسد دارای اشکالاتی است که در صورت رفع نشدن محققانی که تمایل داشته باشند در آینده از آن مقاله استفاده نمایند دچار خطا خواهند شد.توضیح مسأله: همان گونه که مطلع هستید نوکاردیا یک باکتری رشته‌ای هوازی گرم مثبت، Partially acid-fast و غیر متحرک می‌باشد (2-1). این باکتری که در محیط پراکنده است قادر است از طریق پوست یا استنشاق وارد بدن میزبان مناسب شود و عفونت‌های پوستی، ریوی و گاهی مغزی ایجاد نماید (3)....

چکیده English

Nocardia spp are aerobic, Gram positive, weakly acid fast and non-motile bacteria. The bacteria invade the human body from the environment via trauma or the respiratory tract and cause cutaneous, pulmonary, and systemic disorder. So far, number of isolation techniques are described including: 1. paraffin baiting technique, 2. humic acid-vitamin agar, and 3. selective buffered charcoal-yeast extract medium e. g.
