آرتیفکت‌ها و سایر اشکال مشابه عناصر قارچی در آزمایشگاه قارچ‌شناسی پزشکی

چکیده
هدف از این مطالعه‌ی مروری، شناسایی آرتیفکت‌ها (اجسام مصنوعی) و افتراق آن‌ها از عناصر قارچی با استفاده از روش‌های کاربردی و ساده در آزمایشگاه قارچ‌شناسی پزشکی و در نهایت تشخیص درست سلول‌های قارچی و به دنبال آن درمان و پیشگیری مناسب عفونت‌های قارچی (Mycoses) می‌باشد. آرتیفکت‌ها جزء جدایی ناپذیر فرایند تشخیص هستند و به طور پنهان و آشکار، از خطاهای رایج در آزمایشگاه می‌باشند. عمده‌ترین اشکال مشابه سلول‌های قارچی عبارت از موزاییک فونگوس، قطرات روغن و چربی‌ها، گلبول‌های قرمز و سفید، الیاف، باکتری‌ها، انگل‌ها و اجزای مختلف در مقاطع بافتی می‌باشند. این اشکال در بخش قارچ‌شناسی کمتر از سایر بخش‌های آزمایشگاه طبی مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرند و پیامد آن‌ها، گزارش نتایج مثبت کاذب، درمان‌های بیهوده و سردرگمی بیمار می‌باشد. شناسایی و معرفی مکرر این اشکال برای پرسنل آزمایشگاه‌ها، به ویژه افراد تازه‌کار، می‌تواند عامل مهمی در تشخیص درست عناصر قارچی، بیماری‌ها، کاهش هزینه‌ی درمان و ثبت معتبر شیوع مایکوزیس در جامعه باشد که هدف از مطالعه‌ی حاضر نیز، بیان نکات تشخیصی کلیدی در این زمینه و نیل به اهداف پیش‌گفته می‌باشد.

چکیده English

This review article aimed to introduce the artifacts and precisely assessment of fungal elements in medical mycology laboratories that helps physicians for an appropriate therapy of fungal infections. Artifacts including mosaic fungus, oil drops, red and white blood cells, bacteria, and parasites are common causes of false positive reports. Accurate detection of these artifacts by laboratory personnel is a significant factor for decreasing false positive results that lead to a good management of fungal diseases. Studies like this can also helpful for epidemiology surveys that follow the prevalence of fungal infections.
