اثربخشی آموزش تغذیه‌ی تئوری محور بر فیبر و ویتامین C دریافتی بیماران روستایی مبتلا به پرفشاری خون

چکیده

مقدمه: تغذیه‌ی سالم اثرات مفیدی روی کاهش خطر فاکتورهای بیماری‌های قلبی عروقی دارد، اما پایبندی به توصیه‌های تغذیه‌ای کم و اغلب کوتاه مدت است. این مطالعه به هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تغذیه بر فشارخون بیماران روستایی مبتلا به پرفشاری خون بر اساس سازه‌های مدل ارتقای سلامت Pender انجام گردید.روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع مداخله‌ای نیمه تجربی بود و بر روی 138 نفر بیمار روستایی مبتلا به پرفشاری خون در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی روستایی تحت پوشش شهرستان اردبیل در سال 1392 انجام شد. توصیه‌های آموزشی بر مبنای راهنمای Dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) بود و برای افزایش انگیزش و پایبندی بیماران به توصیه‌های ارائه شده از مدل ارتقای سلامت Pender (HPM یا Pender's health promotion model) استفاده شد. داده‌های مطالعه قبل، 2 و 6 ماه بعد از مداخله‌ی آموزشی جمع‌آوری گردید و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های Independent-t، Paired-t و اندازه‌های مکرر آنالیز شد.یافته‌ها: در قبل از مداخله اختلاف معنی‌داری در میانگین فیبر غذایی و ویتامین C دریافتی در بین دو گروه آزمون و شاهد وجود نداشت. آزمون اندازه‌های مکرر نشان داد که مداخله‌ی آموزشی اثر معنی‌داری داشته و افزایش معنی‌داری در میانگین فیبر غذایی و ویتامین C دریافتی در گروه آزمون در 2 و 6 ماه بعد از مداخله دیده شده است.نتیجه‌گیری: مداخله‌ی آموزشی ارائه شده بر اساس مدل ارتقای سلامت Pender اثر مفیدی روی بهبود میانیگن فیبر غذایی و ویتامین C دریافتی بیماران داشت.

چکیده [English]

Background: A healthy diet has beneficial effects on reducing risk factors for cardiovascular diseases. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of theoretical educational intervention on blood pressure in patients with rural hypertension.Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 138 patients with hypertension (68 in intervention and 70 in control group) were randomly selected from those referred to Ardabil rural health centers, Iran, during 2013. The intervention group received nutritional education based on the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) recommendations for 6 sessions. The pre- and post-test had an interval of 2 and 6 months. Pender’s Health Promotion Model was applied to extend the motivation of the behavior. Descriptive analysis, repeated measures analysis of variances, independent-t and paired-t tests were used to analyze the data.Findings: After intervention, vitamin C and dietary fiber intake increased significantly in the intervention group (P < 0.001); but these changes were not significant in the control group over the time.Conclusion: Educational intervention provided based on Pender’s health promotion model had a beneficial effect on vitamin C and dietary fiber intake.
