مروری بر کاربرد پلاسمای غنی از پلاکت در ریزش و پیوند مو

چکیده
امروزه استفاده از پلاسمای غنی از پلاکت (PRP یا Platelet-rich plasma) مورد توجه محققین قرار گرفته است. نتایج مطالعات مروری نشان دهنده‌ی تعداد محدودی مقاله در کاربرد PRP در موارد مختلف درماتولوژی از جمله آلوپسی آندروژنتیک، ترمیم زخم‌های مزمن و جوان‌سازی پوست می‌باشد. به نظر می‌رسد PRP با توجه به دارا بودن عوامل رشد، درمان منطقی در ترمیم بافت باشد. سطح شواهد در مطالعات مختلف در زمینه‌ی آلوپسی آندروژنتیک کم تا متوسط است. تکنیک‌های جدیدتر PRP را در ترکیب با سایر روش‌ها در درماتولوژی به کار برده‌اند، اما همچنان لزوم انجام مطالعات بالینی دو سویه کور و با طراحی خوب، اطمینان متخصصان را در به کارگیری از این روش درمانی افزایش می‌دهد.

چکیده English

Literature review shows limited number of articles on platelet rich plasma (PRP) in various indications like androgenic alopecia, healing in chronic ulcers and skin rejuvenation. Platelet rich plasma seems to be rational therapy with science of growth factors in tissue regeneration. Level of evidence of various studies in androgenic alopecia is from low to medium. Though, platelet rich plasma is a newer technique in a dermatosurgeons’ armamentarium that can be combined with other therapies. Well-defined double blind trials will definitely increase the confidence of clinicians in this procedure.
