تعدیل مصرف مواد غذایی و کاهش ابتلا به سرطان پستان: یک پژوهش مروری

چکیده

مقدمه: سرطان پستان، شایع‌ترین سرطان زنان در جهان محسوب می‌شود و از ابعاد مختلف می‌تواند فرد مبتلا، خانواده و جامعه را درگیر کند و بار اقتصادی قابل توجهی را بر سیستم بهداشتی و جوامع تحمیل نماید. برخی عوامل خطر بروز سرطان پستان قابل تغییر و گروهی غیر قابل تغییر می‌باشند. همواره راه‌های پیشگیری به سوی عواملی معطوف می‌شود که دستخوش تغییر هستند و در این میان می‌توان به نوع مواد غذایی اشاره کرد. در مطالعه‌ی مروری حاضر، ارتباط میان نوع تغذیه با سرطان پستان زنان بررسی گردید.روش‌ها: در ابتدا با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های مرتبط با مواد غذایی و سرطان پستان، جستجو در منابع انگلیسی و فارسی زبان در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر علمی انجام گرفت و نتایج به مقالات منتشر شده از سال 2000 تا 2015 محدود گردید. سپس جستجوی دستی بر روی طرح‌های تحقیقاتی و کتاب‌های مرجع انجام شد.یافته‌ها: از 503 مقاله‌ی به دست آمده، ۱۱۹ مطالعه ارتباط میان مصرف مواد مختلف غذایی و سرطان پستان را مورد بررسی قرار داده بودند و از میان آن‌ها، ۴۸ مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. بیشتر یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که نوع مصرف مواد غذایی، در بروز سرطان پستان تأثیر دارد و اصلاح رژیم غذایی، می‌تواند بروز سرطان پستان را کاهش دهد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شیوع روزافزون سرطان پستان در جهان و تأثیر مصرف مواد غذایی مختلف بر آن، پیشنهاد می‌شود که در سیاست‌گذاری‌های جهانی و ملی، الگوی مواد غذایی مناسب با تأکید بر کاهش سرطان پستان زنان مد نظر قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. Breast cancer can involve patients, family and community from different dimensions and imposes significant economic burden on the health system and communities. Several risk factors for breast cancer are stated from which some are modifiable. Prevention is always focused towards factors that are changing including nutrients types. This review study investigates the relationship between diet and breast cancer in women.Methods: First, English and Persian language documents were searched based on keywords associated with food consumption and breast cancer. The results were limited to published articles from 2000 to 2015. The manual search was done on research projects and textbooks.Findings: Of 503 obtained articles, 119 were studied which related to various food consumption and breast cancer and only 48 articles were used in this study. In general, most findings suggest that food intake and dietary modification can reduce the incidence of breast cancer.Conclusion: Regarding the increasing prevalence of breast cancer in the world and the effects of food on it, appropriate nutrition patterns with emphasis on reducing breast cancer are recommend and considered in global and national policy and planning.
