بررسی اثربخشی درمان مثبت‌نگر ایرانی- اسلامی بر اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی زنان نابارور

چکیده

مقدمه: ناباروری زنان، مشکلی است که به طور تقریبی تمامی ابعاد زندگی زنان را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. زنان نابارور، اغلب استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی را تجربه می‌کنند. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مثبت‌نگر ایرانی- اسلامی بر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس زنان نابارور شهر اصفهان انجام شد.روش‌ها: این پژوهش، نیمه آزمایشی با دو گروه مورد و شاهد بود که به صورت پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پی‌گیری سه ماهه انجام شد. 30 زن نابارور مراجعه ‌کننده به مرکز باروری و ناباروری اصفهان در سال 1395 به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به‌ صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مورد (تحت درمان مثبت‌نگر ایرانی- اسلامی) و شاهد جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه‌ی Depression anxiety stress scales (DASS-42) بود.یافته‌ها: در آزمون ANCOVA، استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در پس‌آزمون و پی‌گیری در گروه‌ مورد به شکل معنی‌داری کمتر از گروه شاهد بود (010/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: درمان مثبت‌نگر ایرانی- اسلامی در کاهش اضطراب، استرس و افسردگی زنان نابارور، در کوتاه‌ مدت و بلند مدت اثربخش واقع می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Background: Female infertility is a problem that affects almost every aspect of women's lives. Infertile women usually experience stress, anxiety and depression. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Iranian-Islamic positive therapy on depression, anxiety, and stress of infertile women.Methods: This research was a two-group quasi-experimental study in Isfahan city, Iran, with pretest-posttest method and three-month follow-up. 30 infertile women referring to Isfahan Fertility and Infertility Center were selected via purposeful sampling and were randomly assigned to Iranian-Islamic positive therapy and control groups. The data collection tool was Depression anxiety stress scales (DASS-42) questionnaire.Findings: Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) showed that post-test and follow-up stress, anxiety, and depression were significantly less in experimental group (P < 0.010).Conclusion: This study showed to Iranian-Islamic positive therapy is effective in reducing depression, anxiety, and stress of infertile women in short- and long-term follow up.
