چگالی انرژی رژیم غذایی مادر شیرده و روند رشد نوزاد

چکیده

مقدمه: متخصصین اپیدمیولوژی تغذیه در سال‌های اخیر در مقایسه با انتخاب گروه‌های غذایی بر کیفیت و چگونگی کل رژیم تأکید دارند. چگالی انرژی به خوبی گویای چگونگی کیفیت کل رژیم است. در حالی که چگالی انرژی مفهومی بسیار جامع‌تر نسبت به انرژی دریافتی به تنهایی دارد، اما هیچ یک از مطالعات انجام شده، چگالی انرژی را در نظر نگرفته‌اند. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی ارتباط چگالی انرژی کل رژیم دریافتی مادر شیرده با رشد نوزاد بود.روش‌ها: پرسش‌نامه‌ی اطلاعات عمومی و پرسش‌نامه‌ی تکرر غذایی 168 آیتمی با روایی و پایایی تأیید شده، برای 300 مادر شیرده پاسخ داده شد. همچنین، به منظور ارزیابی میزان فعالیت فیزیکی مادران شیرده، از پرسش‌نامه‌ی بین‌المللی فعالیت بدنی (International physical activity questionnaire یا I-PAQ) استفاده شد. وزن، قد و دور سر شیرخوار در بدو تولد، 2 و 4 ماهگی ثبت شد. تنها مادرانی وارد مطالعه شدند که نوزادشان به طور انحصاری از شیر مادر تغذیه می‌کرد.یافته‌ها: وزن، قد، دور سر و نسبت وزن به قد در هنگام تولد، 2 و 4 ماهگی در هیچ یک از سطوح چارک‌های چگالی انرژی تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان نداد.نتیجه‌گیری: هیچ ارتباطی بین چارک‌های چگالی انرژی رژیم غذایی مادر و رشد وزن، قد، وزن به قد و دور سر نوزاد در 2 ماهگی و 4 ماهگی در شیرخواران تغذیه شونده با شیر مادر وجود ندارد.

Background: Great interests have been drawn to the quality of diet. Dietary energy density is a good indicator of diet quality. In spite of the comprehensive concept of energy density rather than energy intake, no studies have evaluated the dietary energy density of lactating mothers. The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the association between dietary energy density and infants’ growth.Methods: Dietary intake data were collected from 300 lactating mothers through the 168-item food frequency questionnaire. Data on physical activity were reported by participant’s responding International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). The anthropometric features were taken from the health records in health centers.Findings: Infants’ weight, height, head circumference, and weight for height at birth, and 2 and 4 months later were not significantly different within any of 4 categories of energy density.Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that there is no association between quartiles of mothers’ dietary energy density and infants’ weight, length, weight for length, and head circumference growth by the age of 2 and 4 months.
