بررسی تأثیر استفاده از نرم‌افزار شبیه‌سازی جراحی آپاندکتومی (مبتنی بر بازی) بر میزان خودکارآمدی دانشجویان کارشناسی اتاق عمل

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر استفاده از نرم‌افزار شبیه‌سازی جراحی آپاندکتومی (مبتنی بر بازی) بر میزان خودکارآمدی دانشجویان کارشناسی اتاق عمل بود.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی نیمه تجربی یک سو کور، 70 دانشجوی کارشناسی اتاق عمل ترم 2 در شهر اصفهان به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بعد از کسب رضایت در دو گروه مورد و شاهد قرار گرفتند. بعد از استفاده از نرم‌افزار شبیه‌سازی (مبتنی بر بازی) برای گروه مورد و برگزاری کلاس و سخنرانی برای گروه شاهد، داده‌ها با پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته‌ی خود کارآمدی که روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شده بود، جمع‌آوری گردید. سپس، داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های توصیفی و تحلیلی با سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 > P مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: متوسط نمره‌ی خود کارآمدی در گروه مورد (48/1 ± 97/62) از گروه شاهد (67/2 ± 63/48) بالاتر بود که این تفاوت، از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود (05/0 > P). همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که بین مشخصات دموگرافیک با خودکارآمدی ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0 < P).نتیجه‌گیری: نرم‌افزار شبیه‌سازی جراحی آپاندکتومی، می‌تواند منجر به ارتقای خود کارآمدی دانشجویان شود. از این رو، به کارگیری آن به عنوان یک روش کمک آموزشی برای آموزش دانشجویان اتاق عمل پیشنهاد می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Appendectomy Surgical Simulation software (game-based) on the self-efficacy of undergraduate students in the operating room.Methods: In this single-blind quasi-experimental study, 70 second semester undergraduate students in Isfahan City, Iran, were selected using convenience sampling method. After obtaining satisfaction, they were assigned to intervention and control groups randomly. Simulation software (game-based) and the holding practice and lecture class (routine method) were used in intervention and control groups, respectively. Then, the data were collected using a researcher-administered questionnaire of self-efficacy which validity and reliability were confirmed. Data were then analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive and analytical tests with significance level of less than 0.05.Findings: The average score of self-efficacy in the intervention group (62.97 ± 1.48) was higher than the control group (48.63 ± 2.67), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Moreover, there were no significant relationship between demographic characteristics and self-efficacy (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Appendectomy Surgery Simulation software can promote students' self-efficacy. Therefore, it is recommended to be used as a supplementary training method for teaching the operating room students.
