بررسی ارتباط بین تیپ شخصیتی و تعهد سازمانی و میزان رضایت کارکنان کتابخانه‌های دانشکده‌ای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی رابطه‌ی بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با تعهد سازمانی و رضایت شغلی کتابداران اجرا گردید.روش‌ها: در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، کلیه‌ی کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشکده‌ای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان که حدود 43 نفر بودند، به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرهای مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق، پرسش‌نامه‌های ویژگی شخصیتی، تعهد سازمانی و رضایت شغلی، مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: از بین ابعاد تیپ شخصیتی، بعد روان‌رنجورخویی با تعهد سازمانی و رضایت شغلی ارتباط معکوسی داشت (050/0 > P). در سایر ابعاد تیپ شخصیتی، ارتباط مستقیمی با تعهد سازمانی و رضایت شغلی وجود داشت که تنها ضریب همبستگی دو تیپ شخصیتی «پذیرا بودن» با رضایت شغلی برابر با 303/0 و «مسؤولیت پذیری» با تعهد سازمانی برابر با 157/0 و با رضایت شغلی برابر 115/0 رابطه‌ی قوی و معنی‌داری داشتند (050/0 > P). همچنین، تعهد سازمانی ارتباط مستقیم و معنی‌داری برابر با 198/0 با رضایت شغلی داشت (050/0 > P).نتیجه‌گیری: توجه هر چه بیشتر سازمان به ویژگی‌های شخصیتی افراد و فراهم کردن محیطی که افراد احساس تعهد و پای‌بندی بیشتری به سازمان داشته باشند، می‌تواند زمینه را برای ایجاد عملکرد بهتر کارکنان و در نتیجه بهروری بالاتر در سازمان فراهم نماید.

چکیده [English]

Background: The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between personality types and organizational commitment with job satisfaction among librarians.Methods: In this cross-sectional study, all librarians of school libraries in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran, who were about 43, were enrolled using census method. Personality types, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction questionnaires were used to assess the variables studied in this research.Findings: There was an inverse relationship between dimensions of personality type of neuroticism with organizational commitment and job satisfaction (P < 0.050). In other dimensions of personality type, there was direct relationship with organizational commitment and job satisfaction; but, only the correlation coefficient between the acceptability with job satisfaction (0.303) and accountability with organizational commitment (0.157) were significant (P < 0.05). Moreover, organizational commitment had a direct and significant relationship with job satisfaction (0.198) (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Paying more attention by organizations to the personality traits of individuals, and the development of an environment in which people feel more committed to the organization, can provide the groundwork for better performance of employee and, consequently, a higher degree of commitment to the organization.
