مقایسه‌ی کارکرد و صمیمیت جنسی در زنان با سقط مکرر و زنان بدون سقط مکرر

چکیده

مقدمه: سقط مکرر، یکی از معضلات تولید مثلی است که 5-1 درصد زوجین را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. کارکرد جنسی زنانی که از سقط مکرر رنج می‌برند، اغلب مورد توجه قرار نمی‌گیرد. مطالعه‌ی حاضر، با هدف مقایسه‌ی کارکرد و صمیمیت جنسی در زنان با سقط مکرر و زنان بدون سقط مکرر انجام شد.روش‌ها: این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی در سال 1397 بر روی 208 نفر از زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز منتخب شهر تهران انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌‌ها، شامل پرسش‌نامه‌ی مشخصات جمعیت‌شناختی و مامایی، پرسش‌نامه‌ی بررسی کارکرد جنسی زنان (Female sexual function index یا FSFI) و پرسش‌نامه‌ی صمیمیت جنسی Bagarozzi (بعد جنسی) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS انجام شد.یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره‌ی کل کارکرد جنسی زنان در گروه با سقط مکرر، 99/4 ± 25/27 و در گروه بدون سقط مکرر 57/2 ± 22/31 بود. 53 نفر (51 درصد) از زنان با سقط مکرر و 13 نفر (5/12 درصد) از زنان بدون سقط مکرر، دچار اختلال کارکرد جنسی بودند (0۰۱/۰ > P). میانگین نمره‌ی صمیمیت جنسی (بعد جنسی) زنان در گروه با سقط مکرر 41/6 ± 88/43 و در گروه بدون سقط مکرر، 07/3 ± 08/47 به دست آمد (0۰۱/۰ > P).نتیجه‌گیری: شیوع بالای اختلال کارکرد جنسی در زنان با سقط مکرر، لزوم توجه به مسایل جنسی در این زنان را نشان می‌دهد.

Background: Recurrent miscarriage is a reproduction problem that affects 1-5 percent of couple. Sexual function of women suffering from recurrent miscarriage is not considered as it should be. The purpose of this study was to compare sexual function and intimacy in women with and without recurrent miscarriage.Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 208 women referring to selected health centers in Tehran City, Iran, in 2018. Data collection tools included a demographic and midwifery questionnaires, Female Sexual Function Index, and Bagarozzi Sexual Intimacy Questionnaire (sexual dimension). Data analysis was performed using SPSS software.Findings: The mean of total female sexual function score was 27.25 ± 4.99 and 31.22 ± 2.57 in groups with and without recurrent miscarriage, respectively. 53 women (51%) with and 13 cases (12.5%) without recurrent miscarriage had sexual dysfunction (P < 0.001). Moreover, the mean score of female sexual intimacy was 43.88 ± 6.41 and 47.08 ± 3.07 in women with and without recurrent miscarriage, respectively (P < 0.001).Conclusion: The high prevalence of sexual dysfunction in women with recurrent miscarriage reveals the need for attention to sexual issues in these women.
