تحلیل چندبعدی خستگی ناشی از سرطان، نقش پیش‌بین امید و سن ابتلا در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان: یک مطالعه تحلیلی مقطعی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: خستگی مرتبط با سرطان تجربه‌ای پیچیده و چندوجهی است که می‌تواند کارکرد جسمی و روانی بیماران را مختل کند و روند سازگاری با بیماری را دشوارتر سازد. در کنار عوامل بالینی، منابع روان‌شناختی مثبت مانند «امید» ممکن است با کاهش بار خستگی همراه باشند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین ارتباط میان امید و خستگی مرتبط با سرطان و نیز بررسی نقش سن و سنِ تشخیص/ابتلا در پیش‌بینی سطح امید در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش به‌صورت مقطعی تحلیلی با رویکرد همبستگی بر روی ۱7۰ بیمار مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه‌های انکولوژیِ بیمارستان‌های منتخب وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و بالینی، ابزار خستگی چندبعدی کوتاه‌فرم، و پرسشنامه امید هرث گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در SPSS نسخه ۲۶ با بهره‌گیری از آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و رگرسیون خطی چندمتغیره صورت پذیرفت.
